OBTAINING YOUR CARD WITH CUREVINE

  • Step 1: Take two seconds to use our site's home page form to schedule the earliest possible appointment. You will speak with one of our representatives to make sure you qualify and are prepared for your appointment. You can also call us 410.596.8967.

  • Step 2: Complete required state registration -- let us help you and make this a 10-minute process.

​​

Do not allow this process to complicate or confuse you. Let us walk you through the process to legally obtain medical cannabis.

​

The standard evaluation fee is $200 - $250: Patients only pay for this appointment once they have been approved for medical cannabis. For veterans and active military, all of our providers offer reduced rates of $175.
